Revision Policy

Depending on the kit you choose, we give revisions. Customers can request an infinite number of free modifications, and we will do so at no extra cost as long as the design and concept remain the same. Turnaround on Revisions It will take 48 hours.

Refund Policy

If the original design proposals are accepted, or a modification is requested, any deposited funds for a project will not be refunded after delivery unless OMY Digital cancels or terminates the Contract for a reason other than your violation or non-performance.

All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:

  • When the initial logo ideas are presented, you make a proposal. The refund offer becomes invalid if you accept or request changes to the original designs, and refund requests will not be considered.
  • If you request a refund before the original design concepts are delivered, you will be liable for a full refund (less 10 percent service & processing fee).
  • If you request a refund within 48 hours, you will be entitled, and the amount of the refund will be determined based on the project’s status.
  • You will be liable for a refund if you request it between 48 and 120 hours after the initial design delivery, and the amount will be addressed depending on the project status.
  • After your final design is delivered, no refund requests will be considered; but, since we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, you are encouraged to contact us if you have any concerns.
  • If you have not taken any action on your order for 60 days after placing it, you will not be eligible for a refund. If you want to reactivate your design order, you’ll have to pay a fee that varies depending on the project.
  • All refund requests should be sent to the customer service department. Depending on your breach of your user agreement, Design OMY Digital reserves the right to accept or reject your request on an individual case-by-case basis.
  • After the final files have been delivered, no refund requests will be considered.
  • No refunds will be provided for website packages until they have been deployed and are online.

  • The refund policy for Design OMY Digital/ Custom packages would be the same as it is for single packages. For instance, if you order a logo and web design service and accept the logo, you can only get a refund for the website design service at the time of the initial design.
  • A clear explanation must be given for a refund request, which must be evaluated against the design brief and customer reviews for revisions. A refund will not be issued because the concept is not constructed according to the brief; however, additional revisions will be made before full satisfaction is achieved.
  • Projects that have been idle for more than 60 days will be deactivated, and money will be redistributed to other projects. If the project is re-activated, the client must pay 50% of the project cost plus a handling charge to get the money re-allocated to the project.
  • The client satisfaction guarantee is contingent on the order being placed in good faith. We may not consider it good faith when a customer places design orders with several design agencies for the same job in the hopes of receiving a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request in this situation.
  • For any personal reasons of the customer, such as a relationship dispute, the closure of the company, or stepping back for other business reasons, no refund request will be entertained.
  • If a client has to cancel due to other priorities or a disagreement in a relationship, no refund request will be considered.
  • All design jobs necessitate customer input prior to completion, so it’s only fair that the customer participates and offers feedback in order to achieve the desired results.
  • If our crafted logo is found to be significantly identical to another logo design that may already exist, our 100% original design guarantee entitles you to a re-draw. Any similarity to an actual design will be purely coincidental, and Design OMY Digital will not be held liable or compensated in such a situation. It is the client’s duty to obtain copyright protection for their artwork.
  • If a refund request is made after 48-120 hours, the refund offer is invalid and the refund request will be ignored.

Please make sure you meet the following conditions to ensure your refund request is accepted.

2. We will use our revision policy to try to fix your issue as soon as possible, or we will email you a refund request approval from our refund department. Your design rights will be acquired by Design OMY Digital after the refund, and you will be unable to view any version of the design sent by the company. Let us also point out that:

– You accept that you will have no right (direct or indirect) to use any response or other content, work product, or media, and that you will have no ownership interest in or to the same, as the design rights will now be transferred to the company.

– Working with government copyright agencies, Design OMY Digital will exchange copyright acquisition details for refunded designs, which would prevent the designs from being reused as original designs in the future. My Account

The My Account section is a useful tool for communication. It is solely your duty to search your account area for any questions, complaints, or additional instructions that the designer might need. You would not be eligible for a refund if you do not search or use the Account Area on a regular basis. If you have any questions about how to use the area, you can contact the customer support team at any time for assistance.

Our designers do not deviate from the requirements given by you in the order form in order to provide you with the desired satisfaction.

Domain and Hosting

Where appropriate, domain and hosting will be offered for free with website packages.

Many of the email accounts that come with website packages can be set up using third-party email tools like Outlook. Each email address will have a storage capacity of 10MB.

We will not have email addresses if you do not host your website with us.

Delivery Policy

The date listed on the “Order Confirmation” is used to deliver all design order files to My Account. An e-mail is also sent to the client informing them that their design order has been sent to their account location. Both revision and refund policies are contingent on the date and time the design order was submitted to the client’s account location.

Within 5 to 7 days of receiving your order, we will send you an e-mail with your personalised design.

For an additional C$100, we provide an RUSH DELIVERY service in which you can receive the first logo samples within 48 hours! For more details, please contact our Customer Support Center, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Record Maintenance

When we supply you with the final data, we keep a record of your finished design.

If you need the final files again in the future, please let us know and we’ll give them to you.

Communication Policy

YOU agree that OMY Digital is not liable for any correspondence from email address (es) other than the ones followed by our own domain i.e. “info@omydigital.com” or/and any toll free number that is not mentioned on our website. YOU accept that Design OMY Digital is not responsible for any correspondence sent from email addresses other than those ending in “info@omydigital.com” or any toll free number not mentioned on our website. OMY Digital cannot be held liable for any damages incurred as a result of such communications. We are solely responsible for any correspondence sent to us through our own domain name email address(es) or toll-free number (as mentioned on Design OMY Digital’s website).

100% Ownership Rights

The design rights are transferred and issued to the client for a fee of C$100 by releasing the rights in a contract called “Transfer of Copyrights” in cases where the copy-rights process is handled by the consumer.

The copyright fees are determined by the state or province in which the company is located.
